Your idea of perfect happiness?
Being able to sit in front of a koi pond, sipping wine at the end of the day.
Your greatest fear?
Not having time to sit alone sipping wine beside a koi pond.
Learning to swim the front crawl at 42 so that I could race in the Ironman triathlon. Along the way, I drank lots of pool water, overcame my fear of open waters and managed to complete the leg each time, even if I’m usually one of the last out!

A loss of freedom: Real or perceived.
Who is your hero of fiction?
Hobbes of Calvin and Hobbes. He gives sagely wisdom that is still relevant.
