  5. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  6. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders, assessed by your local customs office. Prestige Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  7. Items dispatched via courier will be tracked. Prestige Hong Kong Limited will not accept responsibility for any items that are damaged and lost in the post.
