Antonia Li has put her heart and soul into her latest fashion venture, Autopilot, which aims to deliver sustainable and functional wardrobe solutions to people living busy, everyday lives.
Hong Kong is a thrumming city of lights and action – it’s the city that never sleeps – and if you want to keep up with it, and indeed, thrive in its environment, you have to be ready for its traffic, its people, its work life, its party life, all at once. It’s a point that Antonia Li is well aware of. The co-founder and creative director of Autopilot built her lifestyle brand around the very pace of the city, and for people like herself who need a wardrobe solution that enables them to transition from one occasion to the next with ease.
In Antonia’s case, how could she easily go from the gym to work? “I came up with the idea of a layering wardrobe that looks elegant and chic, suitable for work but also practical and comfortable,” she says.
There’s no question that Autopilot, as a new brand, had to be sustainable. Li insists: “I refuse to compromise on sustainability.”
So much of Li’s values, and that of Autopilot’s mission, aligns with BMW’s own. The iX3, which Li drives around for a day to take her from one appointment to the next, is a fully electric car that combines state-of-the-art technologies with emission-free mobility and supreme comfort.
