This year marks the 11th anniversary of the annual Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau, which will commence on Tuesday, 11 December 2018 at City of Dreams in Macau. To commemorate the occasion, seven world-class chefs will come together for one night only, and create a spectacular seven-course gala dinner with the finest wines rated by the trusted wine advocate Robert Parker. ‘Metamorphosis’ is the gala dinner’s theme which will run throughout; a reflection of the adapting culinary world, and its evolution through the continuously changing landscapes and trends that shape it.
The incredible line up of award-winning chefs, whose restaurants have received a total of 16 Michelin stars in 2018, includes Hong Kong’s very own Chan Yan Tak of fine dining Cantonese restaurant Lung King Heen and legendary French chef Alain Ducasse of Hong Kong’s Rech, among others. Master Pâtissier Pierre Hermé will conclude the exclusive dinner event with a course of French pastry creations.
Evening entertainment comes in the form of Japanese dance crew and two-time ‘World of Dance’ champions Fabulous Sisters, followed by a special musical performance by Hong Kong pop singer, Kay Tse.
