Home and desk dining has become a frequent pastime for many recently. And if like me, you’re stretched for time and energy, or likely to overcook the rice, you’ll be pleased to know that these Hong Kong restaurants are now offering delivery services to make sure you get meals that are both delicious and not burnt. Ahead, are the eateries that have come up with concepts or made themselves available to solve the current dilemma of dining out.

Another Hong Kong restaurant group making sure we get their restaurant’s food delivered to us is Pirata. Operating from a Deliveroo Kitchen in Quarry Bay, the group is now able to offer a variety of options. But the one we’re most excited about is Pici. The popular handmade pastas are always made fresh and now, this can be enjoyed at home too. Homey Italian dishes such as Pappardelle with beef cheek ragu, Tagliatelle truffle and their crowd-pleasing Burrata are just a few of the items in our order basket right now.

Hot ‘n’ Meen by Chilli Fagara
This noodle delivery concept has been created by the people behind Sichuan restaurant Chilli Fagara. The name, a play on words to reflect the fiery food on offer and the Chinese word for noodles, is a cheeky reference to their endorphin raising, spicy knife-cut noodles. Hot items on delivery include Mouthwatering chicken noodles in chilli sauce and Noodles with dumplings in Sichuan chilli sauce or the milder but nutty Dan dan noodles.
Available: from 12 noon to 10:30 pm; in Admiralty, Central, Sheung Wan or Sai Ying Pun locations
