After graduating from the University of California Berkeley and Columbia Business School, Ma worked at Procter & Gamble before setting up her three businesses: Prestique, a marketing and management consultancy, in 1995; Harvest Sky in 2016; and, more recently, the lifestyle e-commerce platform – qliq-a-tiq. Aside from running ventures across the corporate, sports and retail sectors, Ma sits on numerous boards: the Zonta Club of Hong Kong, Women Helping Women and the Columbia Business School Lang Entrepreneurship Fund, to name a few. Ma is currently working on her sixth book.
Positivity. Ma’s motto is, “Do good, feel good, look good.” Her positive attitude enabled her to create a community of athletes with Harvest Sky, a sports management and marketing company, that helps future Olympians reach their full potential. A Distinguished Woman Entrepreneur of Greater Bay Area awardee, Ma attributes much of her professional success to her following The 4Ps: passion, perceptiveness, perseverance and positivity.
