At the age of 20, she returned to Jakarta and started her career in The Papilion as Brand Coordinator. A year later, she moved to Bates Asia and dove into the world of advertising. And it was only a matter of time before building her own advertising agency called Label Ideas & Co. in 2013.
From then, the company has grown from only having a team of two to a team of 28. With her strategy and steady move, you wonder how she does it all? Technology is one of the things that made it possible, “It has made a huge impact. It has made my life easier in many ways. Starting from simple things like planning my day to connecting with my team, checking client works, looking after my other ventures, and my passion for fashion.”
She uses her influence by being actively involved in a couple of CSR projects. At William & Lily, she helped local farmers establish a strong branding and digital presence and at Happy Hearts Foundation with Petra Nemcova, she helped build schools in Indonesia. “Through technology, I love how you can find ways to touch and help other people. We are all so connected these days; the best way to use it is to promote the greater good,” she adds.
She was nominated for the South East Asia Young Achiever in 2017, and is currently making more influences by starting Label Incubation program. “It’s a platform where anyone who has worked with us or any new partners can come to us to launch a product or service with full funding and support,” she affirms.
She reinvents success by empowering others, “One day, I hope to build a women entrepreneurship centre and help driven women, like myself, see their vision come through.”
