Dennis Hadi’s journey is rather unique compared to many of his peers. He used to work in a bank before switching lanes and trying his luck in the food industry. Now, he’s best known as the founder of Hadi Kitchen Group and also as a serial entrepreneur whose businesses stretch from catering and restaurants to a local clothing brand that focuses on sportswear and more. This year, the latest business venture from Hadi is none other than Jus n’ Shake, a healthy juice venture, which he built in partnership with Donny Pramono Ie of Sour Sally fame and Hendy Setiono, who is best known for Kebab Turki Baba Rafi.
Despite all of his successes, Hadi feels that his biggest achievement and most significant milestone in life is one that’s not related to money nor awards. “It’s not about money, it’s about the whole journey itself. I created my businesses all by myself. From my own home, alone, until as big as it is now with 500 employees,” he reflects. “On top of that, to be able to hear that my employees are happy, and they were able to buy their own homes for their families … that is on another level. All of us want to be useful to others in some way, and I did that with my businesses. That’s my biggest achievement.”
