With pearls going strong for yet another season — we saw them as layered necklaces, drop earrings and even on headpieces on the runway — guess what’s glistening in my shopping cart for spring. These iridescent freshwater pearl earrings by Bangkok-based jewellery brand Pacharee have been handpicked for their unique shape. They have also been handcrafted with silver plated 18k gold to echo the texture of forest wood, adding another natural element to the jewellery. If this doesn’t say effortless elegance, I don’t know what else does. — Fontaine Cheng (FC), Digital Writer

The highly anticipated Dior x Nike Air Jordan 1 High just got a release date and I’m currently trying to secure a pair. The shoes are made from calf leather featuring Nike’s Swoosh adorned with the fashion house’s oblique motif, as well as “Miami” stitched on the insole of the shoe. An embossed Jumpman Wings logo can also be seen on the upper along with the words “AIR DIOR.” According to various sources online, those looking to pick up the upcoming Dior and Nike collaboration can expect the shoe to be sold through a lottery system, which runs from 23 to 24 March with the winner announced via email on 26 March. Pricing information has yet to be released or confirmed, but it’s rumoured to go for approximately HK$15,546 (US$2,000). — Austin Miao (AC), Social Media Manager

Hong Kong’s signature warm weather has been peeking through the clouds these past few days. And with that, my spring staple of oversized shirts are back in action. In need of a breathe of fresh air though, I’m looking at the Jacquemus‘ La Chemise Vallena shirt, which is perfect for beach day coverups and casual sunset cocktails. Mirroring the hot pink hues from one of Spring/Summer 2020’s most-watched runway shows, Le Coup de Soleil, this boxy short sleeve shirt with bowling collar is painted in soft shades of pink and white for that sweet retro feel I’m going for. — FC

Back in December, Creative Director Virgil Abloh of Louis Vuitton made headlines with the announcement that NIGO would design a capsule collection . After months of anticipation, the lookbook for the coveted collaboration, dubbed “LV²” (Louis Vuitton squared), has been revealed and I want everything… especially a bag. The range of leather goods feature an enlarged iteration of the signature Louis Vuitton Damier check. The top half of totes and duffel bags are overlaid with monogram paneling in the shape of dripping liquid, creating a pop art patchwork effect. The collaboration will hit stores in September, so that gives me time to save up. No word on pricing details, but stick with us for more info. — AM

Since I’m constantly travelling and planning my upcoming trips, I’m also always on the lookout for new travel accessories. I must admit, a fair few of my luggage items are from Rimowa, so when I saw that they were doing a collaboration with eyewear brand Garrett Leight, I knew I had to have it. What’s more interesting is that the collaboration will also see a range of metal and acetate-framed sunglasses. The inspiration behind the design comes from the art and surf culture of California’s Venice Beach. Each pair of sunglasses will come in a co-branded case, in addition to the limited edition Essential Cabin Suitcase in white gloss. The pieces will be made available on 12 March on Rimowa and Garrett Leight’s online stores.
Approximately HK$8,546 (US$1,100) and HK$3,651 (US$470) each
