This American science fiction film stars Amy Adams as a linguistics professor who finds herself caught with the task of interpreting the language of alien visitors. Based on the 1998 short story, “Story of Your Life” by Ted Chiang, the film has been nominated for eight Oscar nominations at the 89th Academy Awards. Alongside Adams stars Jeremy Renner, Forest Whitaker, Michael Stuhlbarg and Tzi Ma.

This song will be released as a single on 30 January 2017, which makes it Bruno Mars’ second single from this third studio album “24K Magic.” The song is co-written by Bruno Mars himself, Christopher Brody Brown, James Fauntleroy, Jonathan Yip, Ray Romulus, Jeremy Reeves and Ray McCullough II.
