The talented design team at Klots Home Furnishing chose a plethora of colourful items from the company’s impressive portfolio of sophisticated furniture and home accessories to create an inviting dining table setting that celebrates the autumn and its seasonal delights.
Inspired by the colours of autumn, the team chose hues from a warm palette, like red, orange and mustard. And they added a touch of gold to bring some elegance to the table. Their idea was to present the natural beauty of autumn in a festive table setting. The combination of so many vibrant colours created a stunning appearance.
The Klots team decided that typical autumn hors d’oeuvres include nougat, fried figs, almonds, various confections and wines. These were beautifully arranged in an antique brass tray, from one of the Klots latest collections.
The fall is a time of bountiful harvests. The team added some fruit, such as grapes and apples. Some of the grapes were beautifully arranged together with solidago flowers (goldenrods) on top of a red-footed bowl. These pieces were all hand-made and finished with a reactive glaze.

For an elegant look, the Klots designers choose plates and cutlery in gold hues. For the wine, they used an Aerin collection gold cachepot that was dipped in 18k gold and had a hammered finish. To give the setting a little twist, they used some vibrant hues, for example a red-footed bowl. These hand-made pieces were finished with a reactive glaze. The result was an artisanal look and an update on classic silhouettes.
