Blending design, architecture, and cutting-edge technology into what is undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous structures, Dior captivates yet again, and this time it’s sustainable.
Unveiled at Dubai’s gorgeous Jumeirah beach is Dior’s stunning, state-of-the-art concept store. Made with sustainable materials that combine clay, sand, and raw fibers, Dior’s concept store is highly technological thanks to its partnership with WASP – a 3D printing company that has combined their technological prowess and Dior’s distinctive design to create a stunning space. In line with the Maison’s #BEAUTYASALEGACY initiative which highlights the importance of sustainability in fashion, Dior has taken the initiative one step further by building their concept store out of sustainable materials and 3D printing. The result is a stunning space that boggles the mind by just how far the French luxury designer is pushing the technological aspect.
The store itself will feature two circular modules, each featuring the Maison’s Cannage motif on the exterior. The inside of the store is just as stunning as the exterior, housing Maria Grazia Chuiri’s brilliantly-designed pieces along with other offerings from the Maison which are adorned with Dior’s “Toile De Jouy” pattern. It’s a truly stunning feat of technological, design, and architectural prowess that is rare to see, and even in a city like Dubai where everything seems surreal, Dior’s Jumeirah concept store simply captivates and does not disappoint.
