There was certainly no shortage of jaw-dropping outfits during this year’s celebrations, but the painstaking preparation that goes into bringing these extravagant garbs to life often takes a backseat amidst all the pomp, splendour and madness of posing for the camera while climbing those famous steps. 
Among this year’s glitterati set was rising star Sophie Turner who is best known for her role as Sansa Stark on the hit show, Game of Thrones. Accompanied by her husband, American musician Joe Jonas, the couple made a statement wearing coordinating outfits by Louis Vuitton. The newlywed British beauty turned heads in one of the sparkliest looks of the evening wearing a custom polychromatic pantsuit; while Jonas donned a matching turtleneck sweater.
