Look of the Month: Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture
This Jean Paul Gaultier haute couture ensemble was created exclusively for Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al Missned of Qatar. The exquisite look consists of a blue-and-black tuxedo cape over a matching corseted dress in white and blue.
