It’s official: Aman will be landing in Bangkok soon, with the Aman Nai Lert Residences Bangkok slated to open its doors in 2023.
The latest urban Aman Residences is the result of a pretty exciting long-term partnership between the eminent hotel and resort brand, and Nai Lert Park Development.
The subsidiary of Nai Lert Group will be in charge of managing the soon-to-open Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, which will comprise branded residences, along with a luxury hotel that has so many of us swooning in anticipation. Here’s what we know so far.
A name that says it all
Fun fact for Aman lovers — this up-and-coming project marks the first time any Aman property bears the name of its neighbourhood, as opposed to a city. One look at the lush oasis of Nai Lert Park, and it isn’t hard to see why. Offering a leafy respite in the middle of Bangkok city, the century-old tropical gardens pay tribute to the city’s rich heritage and history.
Design-wise, globally-acclaimed architect Jean-Michel Gathy — the founder of Denniston, and a long-time collaborator of Aman — draws inspiration from this vast area of greenery, to create a contemporary urban sanctuary that’s tranquil, while still in the midst of it all.
Of course, it isn’t Aman if the services aren’t impeccable. True to expectations, residents — along with, of course, their guests — at the Aman Nai Lert Residences Bangkok will have exclusive access to a selection of facilities.
These include a private Dining Room & Lounge — serviced by dedicated chefs — a private infinity swimming pool, a fitness centre, yoga/pilates studios, and a garden lounge that comes complete with a library and business centre that opens directly into the park itself.
Over at the hotel, guests can pamper themselves with a comprehensive array of services at the Holistic Wellness Centre, among other facilities.
Let’s not forget, too, the tantalising perks of having Nai Lert Butlers on hand, along with an in-residence spa and salon, sommelier, chef and dining services to truly make your stay worthwhile. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that Aman opens a similar luxurious property in Hong Kong in the near future. More details here.
