亞歷山大Alexander’s Steakhouse 將於5月8日推出母親節限定套餐，行政主廚James Brownsmith以重溫美式家庭團聚(Family Style)大啖美食、歡樂分享為靈感，特別設計雙主菜菜單，內容包括了以正統美式料理作法的厚切肋眼牛排與創意日式手法的季節黃魚，在細嚐肋眼分佈均勻的油花與鮮嫩的肉質同時，又可享用帶著日式風味的鮮、甜與層次香氣的海鮮，雙重美味激盪，創造出令人回味無窮的味蕾體驗 ;湯品則是帶有海洋鮮味及清爽口感的甜瓜冷湯佐帝王蟹、小黃瓜與漬甜瓜，並點綴季節花卉。甜點部分，主廚特別創作了一款甜點-木瓜蛋糕，取自台灣的木瓜，加入茴香、琴酒調味，呈現優雅、迷人的風味，讓全家人享受最溫馨、愉悅的母親節時光。
