For a limited time , Chef Maurizio Bombini and his team will do a takeover of The Dining Room at Raffles Jakarta.
Helmed by Maurizio Bombini, Mauri will take you away to the iconic Italian Coast through their food and warm ambiance. The key to Chef Maurizio’s approach is to keep the ingredients as authentic as possible and handle them with care to showcase their purest flavours. Mauri uses homemade items as much as possible and uses ingredients from its hydroponic garden. They also select the highest quality produce from Balinese farmers. The restaurant offers conscious dishes that respect the ingredients’ origins and seasonality.
The good news is that you don’t have to travel to Bali to taste some of Mauri’s best dishes. For a limited time, Chef Maurizio and his team will take residency inThe Dining Room at Raffles Jakarta. This would be the second time they took over the kitchen after a successful event in January this year. The menu will consist of the restaurant’s signature dishes and Chef Maurizio will also introduce of his Dicover Winter Menu. This time around, seafood-based dishes will take center stage, with everything from Otoro tuna to Burrata Ravioli with lobster consommé and lemon, to Atlantic black cod served with traditional pizzaiola sauce. Expect a fascinating live dessert presentation from the chef himself with “Coco Miele”.
