On the evening of Saturday March 21st this month, for one night only, legendary Dutch Chef Henk Savelberg will be cooking up a Michelin-starred storm at the InterContinental Hua Hin’s Azure Restaurant. The beachside resort welcomes the Netherlands native who has had an impressive four-decade culinary career that saw him earn Michelin stars on not just one continent, but two: Europe and Asia. He’s also been awarded Michelin stars for five different restaurants.
The frequent visitor of Thailand in 2014 decided to open up his very own restaurant in Bangkok – Savelberg Thailand, located at The Oriental Residence. And now, for one night only, he’ll be bringing his Michelin flavours to Hua Hin. On the night of Saturday 21 March, Chef Savelberg will be presenting an incredibly creative menu on the resort’s surfside featuring ocean-rich cuisine and gorgeous seafood delicacies.
Dishes to expect on the night include: Lobster Rouleau, Oyster Gin & Tonic, Pan-seared Scallop, and Turbot in Coconut Sauce; along with Guinea Fowl as well as dessert of Dutch Apple Cake. The dishes will be paired with carefully selected wines.
