Held at Henshin, The Westin Jakarta, Prestige Ladies Luncheon on Monday, April 15, was a collaboration between Prestige, Nespresso and Karen Millen. The intimate event started with a welcome speech by Prestige’s Publisher/Editor in Chief, Ronald Liem, as well as General Manager of The Westin Jakarta. While mingling and talking to each other, all guests were able to see Karen Millen’s latest spring 2019 collection and experience the Nespresso Coffee Bar that served a variety of exotic coffee flavours from Indonesia, India, Colombia, Nicaragua and Ethiopia.
With all Japanese Peruvian menu that is a signature of Henshin dishes, lunch session started with appetiser Acebichado, fried shrimp with tuna, avocado and tiger’s milk cream, continued with Sata, salmon tartar, avocado, cream cheese, teriyaki and coffee infused with Nespresso Master Origin Indonesia, and the last appetizer served is the fried potato, fennel, zucchini with miso sauce. Main course is Lomo Espresso, consists of beef tenderloin, coffee crust, anis star puree infused with Nespresso Master Origin Colombia. After the main course, all the ladies enjoyed a video presentation of Karen Millen’s latest campaign and a styling session with celebrity stylist Vannie Astecat. Just before the dessert, the ladies enjoyed a coffee tasting session with Nespresso that highlighted its Master Origin Coffee line.
