To celebrate the Grand Opening of Manarai Beach House, ISMAYA Group invited award-winning rapper and producer A$AP Rocky to bring his fire tunes to Nusa Dua. A$AP Rocky will play alongside A$AP Lou and head to Bali for his first-ever live performance in Indonesia on April 6, 2019. The event will be supported by the performance of Australia’s very own, specialist of the dance music scene, Nina Las Vegas.
With direct access to crystal clear waters and a pristine beachfront location, Manarai serves as one of the perfect summer getaways. The weekly festivities at Manarai Beach House feature a pool-side DJ session and also come with special wine and cocktail promos.

Grand Hyatt Jakarta has appointed a new Executive Sous chef, Mauro Santarelli, to develop new menus and culinary offerings at C’s Steak & Seafood (+62 21 2992 1383). hailing from Argentina, he grew up surrounded by farmland and ranches. he previously worked in Argentina at revoque restaurant Bahia Blanca and in Spain at ca L’andreau, Petit apolo, before opening his own restaurant, Es roco des moll, in 2012. he became chef de Partie at Park Hyatt mallorca in 2016 before joining Grand hyatt Jakarta in 2018. “It’s my pleasure to discover and be inspired by the local ingredients and creating new recipes with the team,” says chef Santarelli.

Alto Restaurant (+62 21 2277 1888) at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta has introduced a new Italian brunch concept featuring a wide selection of cold cuts and cheese, as well as a la carte menu that will allow guests to choose their preference. Helmed by Executive Chef Marco Riva, Alto is focuses on creating authentic Italian food and exceptional dining experiences on the hotel’s 20th floor, with its panoramic view of the city’s skyline. The brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday, from 11am until 3pm.
