Sydney’s popular pool club, Mrs Sippy, comes to Bali. Located in Seminyak, Mrs Sippy joins Bali’s long list of pool clubs and adds to Seminyak’s many hip spots. The new restaurant embraces casual and relaxed atmosphere with ample spaces for swimming, sunning and dancing from day to night.
Helmed by Executive Chef Jonay Arnas, the menu features wood-fired seafood, pizza and light bites, and an ever-changing array of fresh, fruity cocktails to enjoy by the pool or in one of the multiple bar areas. Guests can indulge in Poolside Classics cuisines with Charcuterie Board, a black forest ham with coppa, chorizo, prosciutto and bread paired with selection of drinks from cocktails, beers, to wine.
“What Mrs Sippy will do is give people an amazing experience,” said co-owner Andrew Stanway. “The brands that are already here have been ground breakers and made Bali what it is and we want to add to what those brands have created. It’s just about fun, that’s our core value. It’s about everyone having a great time, with music, food, drinks and one of the best pools in Bali.”
Interior design company Akin Creative is behind the sleek design of Mrs Sippy Bali. The place incorporates local stone, timber, brick and custom tile alongside bespoke lights and furniture to create a slightly retro feel with modern vibe. The 800 sqm saltwater pool and diving platform are the standouts of the place with Mediterranean-style architecture, daybeds, cabanas, gardens and shady palm trees.
