It was revealed earlier that Chopard had a role in the newest James Bond movie, No Time To Die. As an official partner, three Haute Joaillerie designs are worn by Bond girl, Ana de Armas, who plays Paloma. These pieces are found in the Maison’s Green Carpet collection, making them extra special having been created from sustainably mined materials.

Chopard was inspired by its iconic Happy Hearts Collection to create a new line in honour of the 25th James Bond movie. Envisioning the idea of a Bond girl, Co-President and Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele simply describes a determined and courageous woman. Perfectly in line with Scheufele’s vision is the French word for heart, cœur , or its Latin counterpart cor, which comes from the word courage.
It’s this idea that began to reintepret Happy Hearts, filling them in with rose gold — ethical rose gold, that is. The name ‘gold’ itself has long been associated with the franchise, for example; Goldfinger (1964), The Man With the Golden Gun (1974) and GoldenEye (1995).

The Happy Hearts – Golden Hearts collection is stunning to say the least, including a bracelet, earrings, pendant and two necklaces. Inviting the most double takes are the necklaces; the first with a large heart complemented by an alternating smaller heart with the famous Chopard dancing diamond. The second necklace design features a large heart delicately set with diamonds. And as all Chopard creations go since 2018, are made from ethical gold that’s supple, light, and easy to wear.
