Le Méridien’s all-day restaurant Gastro Sentral has come up with a three-course meal fit for a queen. Wagyu as an appetiser makes you wonder what they’ve got planned for the main course… but we’ll tell you. It’s a choice between a plate of truffled-buttered fried cod filet, crispy battered lobster, and a variation of chips, or Australian lamb rack and braised pull beef.
