Johorean Lobster Briyani Gam

The tantalising Johorean Lobster Briyani Gam returns to the menu of Bangsar’s popular lobster-centric restaurant Pince & Pints for a limited time only, from May 8 till July 9, in celebration of Ramadhan. The recipe is given a crustacean twist in the shape of a whole lobster air-flown from Canada, paired with perfectly cooked basmati rice with potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, sauces and pickled vegetables, known as acar rampai.

Gamzou’s Mahler 10
Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, KLCC
Anyone who heard Yoel Gamzou conduct Mahler’s searing Ninth Symphony last season will not forget the experience. Now he returns with Mahler’s unfinished 10th Symphony. More than half a dozen specialists, including Gamzou himself, have attempted to complete it. In these concerts, he leads the MPO in the first performance of his version in Asia. The symphony traverses the full spectrum of emotion, from cries of the heart and wrenching agony to moments of exquisite ecstasy.
