Birch is excited to announce that they are bringing down the talented chef and owner Chef Daniel Chavez from Singapore’s most-acclaimed Spanish eatery in Marina Bay Financial Centre, OLA Cocina Del Mar. Chef Daniel discovered his talent and passion for cooking when he moved from Peru to Florida as a teenager which has since set him on his culinary journey.

Singapore Symphony Orchestra

Malaysian composer Tengku Irfan’s Meditation receives its national premiere performance by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra under its music director Lan Shui. The concert continues with dual choral delights by Brahms – his rarely performed Gesang der Parzen (Song of the Fates) and his much loved Schicksalsleid (Song of Destiny). Brahms’ sunny and pastoral Second Symphony concludes a magnificent concert feast from the SSO.
