It was a time of discovery and exploration for the distinguished guests who were recently invited to witness the official launch of the latest Montblanc pop-up store which marked the arrival of the latest spirited novelties in the brand’s legendary 1858 Collection.
As a tribute to the vintage Minerva models that debuted back in the 1920s and 30s, Montblanc decided to transform the concourse of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur into a basecamp where one could tap into their inner explorer while familiarising with the new Montblanc 1858 Geosphere Limited Edition; the Montblanc 1858 Automatic Chronograph Limited Edition; and Montblanc 1858 Automatic Limited Edition.
In line with the exploration theme, the Hamburg-based brand also showcased the new vegetable tanned leather accessories from the sublime 1926 Montblanc Heritage collection and the latest sensational masculine fragrance, the Montblanc Explorer.
Adding to the evening’s festivities was a special appearance by Lawrence Wong, the very first Friend of the Brand for Montblanc Malaysia. During the session, the Malaysia-born actor participated in a panel talk where he shared his insight on the new collection and his personal experience of visiting the Montblanc Villeret Manufacture in Geneva during this year’s Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie Genève.
