Like it or not, Michael Kors is on a mission to bombard the world with happiness. As part of its quest to celebrate the sunnier side of life, the luxury fashion brand recently debuted its Spring 2019 collection during an exclusive presentation held at the resplendent Ilham Tower in Jalan Binjai. Designed for global getaways, this collaborative collection showcases a bevy of optimistic artwork created by Australian artist Christina Zimpel who is based in New York’s hippest borough, Brooklyn.

Inspired by visions of sunny holidays spent in Capri, Majorca and Spain, the new collection presents an array of getaway-ready urban silhouettes and matching bags ideal for sandy beaches to sensational soirees. Like a Matisse painting brought to life, this new collection presents an assortment of bold florals, aquatic motifs and madras in uplifting hues such as turquoise, watermelon, persimmon, lemon and lime.
