Chen Fashu

Gaining the title “China’s Bill Gates” in 2009 when he pledged to set up a charity with 90 percent of his group’s shares, Chen was among China’s top 10 philanthropists in 2011, and in 2013, seventh on Forbes China Philanthropy list. The 53-year-old’s New Huadu Charity Foundation is behind the NewHuaDu Business School’s three campuses in China and the latest one in Zürich, Switzerland.
