Cho Tak Wong

Cho, 68, gives through his Heren Charitable Foundation established in 2011 with 300 million of his company shares, with donations of US$1.3 billion in 2011 and 2012. A devout Buddhist, he has also given $40 million to his hometown in Fujian province for the building and reconstruction of temples, which he also designed and supervised.
