Andre Chiang

Having honed his skills with various Michelin-starred chefs, Chiang is the pride of Taiwan in the global culinary scene. In 2014, he opened Porte 12 in Paris’s 10th arrondissement and has also worked with Hasmore to open RAW in Taipei in 2014. The Singapore-based Chiang utilises fusion techniques to showcase Taiwanese cuisine to the world.
