Kian Yu highlights what he loves most about his career in the hospitality industry, explaining that he feels blessed to have a fantastic team to work with. “We get to deliver the best experience to our guests, and I love being involved in the daily operations and witnessing the hotel’s growth,” he says. According to him, the golden rule to a successful hospitality business can be traced to how your team feels. “Happy staff equate to happy guests,” he says.
