Moteur, ça tourne, action!
We could watch Paris unfold from sunrise to sunset, like casually city-watching from a Parisian cafe. From the simplicity of French beauty to our Netflix obsession with ‘Emily in Paris‘, baguettes for breakfast and elegant French fashion, we dream of Paris.

And we dream in colour, burgundy to be precise. We’re talking about the new short film released by Longchamp. The plot reads like a whimsical adventure of two Longchamp bags accidentally exchanged on a night out on the town. Cue the quintessential picture of Paris: trendy young Parisians, an espresso, the Eiffel Tower, and even an adorable little kitten.

The film introduces audiences to the idea of a Longchamp lady, portrayed here by Amber Anderson and Mathilde Ollivier. Artistic Director, Sophie Delafontaine, describes her as someone active, spontaneous, and open-minded. “One who grabs hold of life with elegance and independent spirit. She’s strong, but also indulgent and never takes herself too seriously,” Delafontaine explains.

The star of the show is of course, is the Roseau bag in burgundy. A versatile role, the Roseau can be worn across the body with a removable long strap, or carried simply by its handles. The bamboo clasp lends an exotic touch to Parisian style, for a bag that’s understated and modest whilst offering an elegant finish for any personal interpretation. We also know now that the bag is 100% kitten-approved.
