Talk of the town: Catching up on the latest high-end boutique makeovers

First impressions are undeniably important in any scenario. They say we only get one, but the rules are different in the world of fashion. These brands have done just that this year, welcoming new features, aesthetics and visions for the ultimate consumer experience — so far, that is. Take a look:

Louis Vuitton, The Gardens Mall

In its first revamp since Louis Vuitton was opened in The Gardens Mall circa 2010, the retail space now resembles the home of a young, chic ‘it’ girl or guy. The store features vintage furniture procured by experts, art pieces exclusively for the store, and a private dressing area for females.

Kate Spade, Suria KLCC

Creative Director of Kate Spade New York, Nicola Glass, describes the new store as “a much more modern expression of our original DNA and personality”. Designed under her vision, the store stands pretty in pink, rose gold and deep green. The best bit is that customers who purchase any small leather goods or the signature leather unlock bracelet can have their new item personalised with the in-store embossing machine.
