Love her or love her (sorry!), Longchamp has just revealed its print debut with brand new ambassador, model Kendall Jenner.
The looks were styled by Sara Moonves and shot by David Sims with a cool concept: “a 21-st century Amazon”. Bringing a dynamic, independent and an empowered vibe to the campaign, the looks shot prove that Longchamp isn’t just about leather goods, but also equally strong in accessories and ready-to-wear.
Now, to the dynamics of the campaign, which is themed around youth, freshness and sensuality. There are three double-page spreads with a juxtaposition of two visuals, a portrait and a silhouette. The layout is intended is highlight the different facets of the “modern Amazon”; feisty, sexy and irreverent. Our favourite? ‘Sexy’ in a fluid velvet tuxedo, as seen above.
The model sports a variation of the Autumn 2018’s star Amazone bag, as if to make the point that the three moods are all expressions of one and the same personality. Take a look at the shots for yourself to see what Longchamp has in store (literally) for the season.
