April is an exciting month for dining this year, with the Holy month of fasting taking place from 13 April. Hotels and restaurants are gearing up for a comeback after 2020 with tantalising buffet spreads (stay tuned!) while other restaurants are continuing to dish out new experiences for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. This time around, Chef Wai teams up with Japanese Tastemaker Chef Machi from Yukibana at Shook! to bring together European and Japanese cuisines.
