Home to revered restaurants such as Dewakan, Sushi Ryu, BLVD House, Blackbyrd and Sushi Den, Platinum Park has officially welcomed Tenmasa to the dining playground.

The 10-seater tempura counter first opened its doors in November 2019, offering a seasonal menu that will be rotated quarterly. Chef Masanori Iwaasa, formerly from Tempura Masa in Ginza, Tokyo currently helms the tempura bar, serving authentic tempura coated in light batter featuring Japanese delicacies such as anago, ebi and pumpkin. The ingredients are air flown from Japan three times a week including the rice bran oil used for frying. Locally sourced freshwater prawns are stored in a live tank in the kitchen to ensure freshness.

From April to May, spring specials that will be available on the menu include baby corn, asparagus, shiso leaf and bamboo shoot. While the lunch and dinner menus will revolve around the omakase experience, the 7-course premium kaiseki set is ideal for newcomers. For those who want to opt for a quick bite, the Tenmasa Signature Tendon Bowl comprising a generous serving of fresh tempura and Japanese rice drizzled with sweet sauce is perfect for lunch meetings. Other a la carte offerings to look forward to include wagyu beef with comte cheese, shirako with caviar, shiso leaf with uni and A3 wagyu beef sukiyaki style.
Tenmasa is open Mondays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner.
