Diners with voracious appetites can indulge in the Christmas Omakase Dinner (MYR590++), a 7-course menu that will be available from December 22 to 25. Featuring a top-notch spread of crafted dishes, spectacular flavours worth savouring range from succulent wagyu beef with a sweet-yet-savoury wasabi black bean glaze served with crispy tempura zucchini blossoms and various other greens; flavourful salmon and king prawn smoked in aromatic green tea paired with matcha foam and jalapeño miso; and an adorable snowman-shaped sponge cake dessert with a green tea panna cotta and white chocolate mousse core.
For ladies who lunch, the Christmas Omakase Lunch (MYR250++) makes a splendid choice. Offered only on December 24 and 25, highlights in this 5-course spread include deliciously fresh salmon tartar enhanced by the tart flavours of junsai ponzu; the signature Nobu-style Sushi Cup featuring bite-sized morsels of the freshest seafood paired with perfectly cooked gohan; and a satisfying risotto dish seasoned with flavourful furikake, a popular shake-on rice seasoning in Japan.

If you’re looking to ring in the New Year by indulging in fantastic eats and fabulous panoramic views of the city skyline being lit up with fireworks, Nobu Kuala Lumpur is offering two special Omakase menus to cater for both lunch and dinner hours. Among the creative creations of this tempting spread to look forward to include fresh lobster delicately poached in butter and served with a watercress broth and glazed figs; and a tantalising smoked wagyu dish served with crisp ice plant and dry miso. The 5-course New Year’s Lunch (MYR250++) is only available December 31 and January 1; while the 7-course New Year’s Omakase Dinner (MYR645++) is available from December 29 all the way to New Year’s Day.
