Nobu Kuala Lumpur brings its unique take on Chinese New Year with an infusion of Japanese-Peruvian flavours.
Executive Chef Philip Leong and his team have prepared two colourful prosperity platters: Nobu Signature Prosperity Platter and Nobu Premium Prosperity Platter.
The former features fresh seafood ingredients such as salmon and white fish sashimi alongside jicama, carrots, beetroot and myoga, while the latter consists of prime ingredients such as a whole Renkon Dai (baby snapper) accompanied with an array of mixed seafood chosen by the chef, pomelo, jicama and gari sushi.
