diptyque Limited edition Othoniel Rosa collection
The story goes that French artist Jean Michel Othoniel has nursed a lifelong passion for flowers and channels this love into his works. A rose breeder and an admirer of his work named a rose, selected by Othoniel himself, after him. Its smell, a signature sensual rose scent with peppery notes, piqued his curiosity and became the inspiration for the perfume, which also includes Akigalawood and woody vetiver. As for the design, Othoniel found his muse at the bottom of a Rubens painting depicting the marriage of Marie de’ Medici and Henry IV of France while he was working on a herbarium for the Louvre’s 30th anniversary of its pyramid. This became the inspiration for six artworks, one of which adorns the Othoniel Rosa eau de toilette bottle and candle.

Byredo has launched its new cosmetic line that breaks the mould of luxury makeup with unique individual designs that resemble futuristic totems. Tove & Libra x Neal’s Yard Remedies
Organic skincare brand Neal’s Yard Remedies’ new collaboration with Hong Kong sustainable fashion label Tove & Libra isn’t a beauty product, but maskne is real, and this nifty, limited-edition bundle can combat those pesky outbreaks. Inside the machine-washable linen pouch — designed by Tove & Libra and made with upcycled materials — is a customisable fabric spray kit consisting three certified organic oils, a travel-sized bottle half-filled with ethanol, and an instructional manual that includes a blend for those who needs a bit of help with the concoction. There’s lavender to calm your body and mind, palmarosa for balance, and orange, which support the body’s natural detoxification process and help ease digestive discomforts. The sanitising spray can be misted on most fabrics (except pure silks) or skin to remove unwanted odour and bacteria. Each new blend will last for three months.
Available online at Simple Wellness, Neal’s Yard Remedies’ boutique at #B1-52 Takashimaya S.C, as well as their Tangs pop-up while stocks last
