We even had the pleasure of sampling a few dishes from this culinary journey, such as fresh Guillardeau oysters garnished with fish roe; succulent Mayura Wagyu striploin paired with mushrooms, potatoes and crispy kale chips; and an artistic serving of Madagascar Vanilla & Ginger Crema Catalan that tastes as amazing as it looks. Boasting an unbeatable view of the F1 races, open-concept kitchen restaurant Me@OUE offers the perfect place for the ones who would like to partake in the action from a vantage point of comfort and luxury, preferably with a signature cocktail in hand. Guests may also indulge in a selection of three different cuisines — Japanese, French and Chinese — and satisfy their taste for tipple from a range of premium wine and champagne, while watching F1 drivers whiz around the track in a battle for the championship title.

Flag off race day in style with an exclusive champagne brunch at the Raffles Hotel Singapore. From 12 noon to 3pm on September 18, be spoilt for choice at the decadent Sunday brunch buffet that is set to be lavished with fresh seafood, European cold cuts and rich desserts. A live carving station, featuring premiums cuts of meat from around the world, will also make an appearance, along with 48 different types of imported cheeses. A peaceful alternative to the adrenaline-packed race-side dining, Cure Restaurant is presenting an exclusive eight-course chef’s menu that is set to tantalize your taste buds. From September 16 to 19, the modern European bistronomy-focused restaurant will not only serve its signature dishes, such as the famed sourdough bread with bacon butter and whiskey-brined fermented cabbage, but it is also putting out new dishes such the Silver Hill Farm duck breast with confit leg and sour endives. Dinner will also be paired with a glass of Henri Giraud Champagne and a dram of Connemarra Irish Whiskey.
