Perched on the top floor of Marina Bay Financial Tower 1, microbrewery and restaurant Level33 boasts sweeping views of the city skyline. It has rolled out a refreshed weekday lunch menu (S$42++) that includes an entrée buffet of cold cuts, fresh seafood, salads and cheeses, as well as a choice of main course — which ranges from fish and chips to duck leg confit and poached halibut. If you’re seeking a heartier option, we recommend the Classic Brewery Burger, which comprises a juicy wagyu patty layered with cheddar cheese and caramelised onions, and sandwiched between crisp brioche buns infused with beer. There are fries on the side, too. For a more indulgent meal to celebrate scoring that massive business deal, add on some a la carte dishes such as the Ah Hua Kelong seafood bouillabaisse — an addictive broth brimming with sweet prawns, clams, mussels and salmon chunks — or the grilled “ugly” French beans, which are seared on binchotan coals and dusted with a chilli-cumin spice mix that rings of piquant mala flavours. Wash these down with Level33’s delicious craft beers, which are all brewed in-house.
