This newly launched delivery arm of one-Michelin-starred restaurant Labyrinth has rolled out a Father’s Day menu of local delights. Presented in sets catered to two or four ($98 or $158), it features scrumptious dishes such as Hainanese-style sweet and sour Sakura pork collar, grilled dragonfruit and pineapple char siew baby back ribs, and boneless har cheong (prawn paste) chicken wings. Round off the meal with a carb-heavy concoction of Portuguese-style three-cheese wagyu baked rice with truffled beef fat fried rice.

The Father’s Day set is available only for delivery on 20 and 21 June, and is now open for pre-orders here

Known for its Asian-inflected modern European cuisine, The Halia is offering multiple set menus (ranging from $98 to $343) for delivery on Father’s Day, 21 June. Our pick is the “My Hero” Communal Feast, which feeds four to six people, and comprises an appetiser, main course, side dishes and dessert. These include savoury options such as seared tuna carpaccio, Angus prime rib, chilli crab gratin, and roasted Jerusalem artichokes. For dessert, choose from Yuzu Gateaux (a combination of yuzu-infused cake, chocolate-yuzu ganache, and lait-caramel mousse) or Die Die Must Have Chocolate — a tempting confection of raspberry, passionfruit and lots of chocolate.

The set, which is priced at $343 nett, also comes with a customisable calligraphy card and DIY terrarium kit as a gift, so you don’t need to scramble to buy a present.

All set meal prices are inclusive of delivery charges.

Treat dad to a three-Michelin-starred meal from contemporary French restaurant Odette, which has put together two festive menus for 21 June. Rise & Shine ($168++) is a continental breakfast spread featuring an assortment of buns and pastries such as Pain au Chocolat, baguettes, and brioche loaf with blueberry jam and butter, alongside organic granola, yoghurt, fruits and Alain Millat juices. This is available for takeaway and delivery between 8:30AM to 11:30AM.

For a more luxurious feast, go for the extensive Indulgence set ($488++), which is served from 11AM to 8PM. It boasts mouthwatering highlights such as Pate en Croute, Loire Valley white asparagus with Kristal caviar, freshly baked brioche with Odette’s signature blueberry jam, and Brie de Meaux Truffe (black truffle brie) with hazelnuts and truffle salad. Also included are desserts like almond and cherry clafoutis, and Paris-Brest (a type of choux pastry) with piedmont hazelnuts, praline and caramel.

Pan Pacific Singapore joins in the celebrations with a variety of menus for takeaway and delivery. For smaller families, go for the “Loving Father’s Menu For Two” ($296) from Cantonese restaurant Hai Tien Lo, which is a six-course repertoire of dishes such as double-boiled sea cucumber soup, steamed sea perch, pan-fried wagyu short ribs, and chilled beancurd with almond and black sesame cream.

If dad’s craving spicier fare, try Pacific Marketplace’s Indian set menu ($210) comprising Chicken Makhani (butter chicken), Kashmiri Rogan Josh (lamb curry with Kashmiri chillies and mace), Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potato masala), and Tiger prawns in onion gravy. The set serves six. It doesn’t come with dessert, but you can always add on a decadent tiramisu cake (or two) from Pan Pacific’s delivery platform.

The restaurants at Shangri-La Hotel have introduced several Father’s Day offerings for takeaway and delivery. Shang Palace has put together family sets for three to eight people ($208 to $368 nett), with delectable dishes ranging from crispy pork belly to braised boneless duck with sea cucumber and double-boiled chicken broth. At Origin Grill, its menus ($188 to $338 nett) showcase protein-packed treats such as a chargrilled Australian 300-days grain fed Angus Black Market striploin MBS 5 with beef fat potato mousseline and smoked tomatoes, and a grilled Australian 400-days grain fed wagyu crossbred tomahawk MBS 5/6 with sautéed Brussels sprouts with bacon bits.

End off the celebrations with desserts like the quirkily named Dad Fuel (a chocolate butter cake with chocolate ganache, royal icing, and crunchy feuilletine flakes) and Latte For Dad — a reworked tiramisu of white chocolate, Kahlua, Baileys and mascarpone mousse.

Takeaways and deliveries are available between 18 to 21 June, and orders must be placed a day in advance.

A protein-packed extravaganza awaits in the form of Culina Bistro’s ‘Dad’s Ultimate BBQ Spread’ ($150 nett) for four, which features barbecued meats such as smoked beef brisket, jerk chicken wings, lamb koftas and spiced Kurobuta pork loin paired with condiments like chimchurri salsa and caramelised onions. Also included are sides of potato salad and bacon braised beans.

If that’s not sufficiently indulgent, the set comes with a dessert of banana pudding stacked with coffee butterscotch and whipped cream. You can also add on a specially-priced bottle of red or white wine from a selection of vinos from Australia’s Margaret River and Barossa Valley, and France’s Rhône and Roussilon.

Tablescape at Grand Park City Hall has whipped up a sumptuous modern European eight-course spread available for two ($118 nett) or four ($228 nett). The menu starts off with options of pan-seared duck foie gras, Catalan-style cold lobster salad, or a parmesan flan made with 24-month-old Italian Parmigiano and bedecked with green asparagus.

This is followed by mains of braised wagyu beef cheek, beef lasagne, or seabass gratin on a bed of purple mashed potato. The Father’s Day set also comes with freshly-baked bread and a dessert of Sacher-Torte — an Austrian chocolate cake.

Bond over an intimate Father’s Day celebration with The Capitol Kempinski Hotel’s menu for two ($60++), which consists of roasted Black Angus beef hanger steak with red wine sauce and a mini Yorkshire pudding, penne rigate salad with Piquillo peppers and bacon mustard dressing, roasted vegetables with garlic and thyme, and two slices of Valrhona chocolate cake.

The feasting doesn’t have to end there. You can complement it with add-ons of chocolate rum cake ($90++ for the cake) and a bottle of Six Saints Caribbean rum ($190++ for the cake and rum).
