The world’s highest microbrewery has one of the best vantage points to bask in the F1 sights and sounds when not on the grounds. Come F1 weekend, LeVel33 has a series of promotions at its three spaces: The terrace, Dining Room and Social. Over at the terrace, free flow drinks include house-brewed beers, house wines and soft drinks from 6pm to 10pm for those with reservations, and it is inclusive of the cover charge. Indoor dining promotions are available for those who prefer the comfort of air conditioning, and wish to catch the live screening of the race action. On 21 and 22 September, this includes a dining package of a sharing menu, and a complimentary 0.3 litre glass of beer or wine.

Rev up your weekend at Zafferano on 21 and 22 September. Saturday’s affair lets you enjoy free-flow champagne brunch from 12pm to 3pm, complete with live remixes from the resident DJ. On Sunday, the restaurant has an Italian feast from 2pm to 5pm, accompanied by free-flow champagne, spumante, beer, and house red and white wines. Other highlights for both days include gratinated Hokkaido scallops in saffron bread coating, with dill and pine nuts, as well as baked potato ‘gnocchi ‘Sorrentino’ style, tomato with mozzarella cheese.

At the table, appetisers and pastas are served communal-style, but you’re free to load up on main courses, such as roasted Black Angus beef striploin and roasted seabass, at the live station, and Italian sweets over at the dessert bar.

As the sun goes down on both days, the terrace lounge lights up with electrifying views of the skyline, and drinks galore including spumante, house wines and beer, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

From 19 to 22 September, celebratory drinks at the Atrium include the F1 Hendrick’s Twist, made with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves infused in Hendrick’s Gin, together with ginger, pandan, and honey. Enjoy the tipples with food items such as the lemongrass crayfish skewers and homemade sausage platter, before ending with a standout treat of the Manjari Caramel Pear Entremet, which is made up of creamy mousse delicately sponged between almond dacquoise and feuilletine.

At Edge, the trackside restaurant’s brunch on 22 September is the perfect pit stop between the races, with specials like the melted Swiss raclette cheese, sous vide citrus thyme crayfish with vanilla pear puree and basil oil, and mala pepper crabs and flambéed honey pineapple with creamy jivara Valrhona.
