Mirazur, the French restaurant that was crowned the world’s best in Singapore back in 2019 is setting up a pop up experience for three months from 14 May-11 August 2021 at The Straits Clan.
The news is followed by the announcement that the private members club at Bukit Pasoh has been acquired by The Mandala Group. Restaurant Kin and Clan Cafe, which occupies the first floor of the space will close temporarily to make way for the pop-up.
Mirazur is headed by Argentinean chef Mauro Colagreco. The famed restaurant is known for its seasonal menus featuring ingredients grown in phase with the moon. The chef also set up the first international outpost of Argentinian burger restaurant Carne with chef Beppe de Vito from the Il Lido Group in Singapore earlier this year.
The pop up looks set to be a fine dining experience as a six-course lunch will be priced at $388 while a nine-course dinner is set at $488, reported The Straits Times. The Mirazur team will be working closely with chef Damian D’Silva on the menu’s development and will incorporate local techniques and ingredients.
Diners looking for a table will need to register from midday on Tuesday 20 April, 24 hours ahead of public release.
