As purveyors of the luxury sphere, the Prestige team is privy to the latest and the most newsworthy in the market.
Of course, there are more than a few “objects of desire” etched on our minds. Ahead, we round up our wishlist for Valentine’s Day, and may it provide some inspiration for a romantic gift. To our loved ones, you know what to do!

Paris is one of my favourite cities, and the Seine one of my favourite attractions. The Van Cleef & Arpels Lady Arpels Pont des Amoureux is love epitomised in a timepiece. At the stroke of midnight, the automaton couple ascends the bridge of love over the Seine and kisses under the moonlight. How romantic! And there’s the matching Midnight Pont des Amoureux watch for men, too.

Who needs a bouquet on Valentine’s Day when you can wear a bejewelled one on your wrist? I simply adore the Hublot Classic Fusion Takashi Murakami All Black watch that features the artist’s distinctive smiling flower. The irreverent, light-hearted and unexpected model stands out immediately with the iconic motif that is presented in and on the timepiece. Thanks to an ingenious ball-bearing system by Hublot’s engineers, the petals spin as the wearer moves. The centre of the smiling flower is set onto the sapphire glass, creating an unexpected three-dimensional effect that accentuates its wide smile. For added depth, dimension and dazzle, 456 brilliant-cut black diamonds embellish the petals, while another 107 adorn the face. The first collaboration between Hublot and a Japanese artist, the fun timekeeper is bound to be a collector’s item since only 200 models are produced.

What says Saint Valentine’s Day more than a full-bodied red heart? Now a Gucci House symbol, its 3D form projecting out of this chain card case wallet reminds me of cheeky conversation heart candies.

The Bvlgari B.zero1 rings have become such an icon of the house, with many variations and reinterpretations expanding the collection over the years. Appealing to both men and women, the rings are also popular wedding bands or engagement rings. While I’m not hoping for a proposal this Valentine’s Day, he can still put a ring on it with the beautifully understated B.zero1 one-band ring in 18kt white gold with pavé diamonds on the spiral because even if love doesn’t last forever, diamonds will.

Love comes in a little blue box, holding a Tiffany & Co. Atlas X bangle in sterling silver with pavé diamonds. First launched in 1995 and revived for the first time in 26 years with a bolder, more modern aesthetic, the Atlas X collection is inspired by the Roman numerals on the iconic clock at the Tiffany Fifth Avenue flagship store. My love language is quality time, so this elegant, versatile beauty has a personal resonance. And it will look right at home on my wrist, stacked alongside other bracelets.

The rosette is a solar symbol in many cultures, representing opportunity, good fortune and new beginnings. Like a beautiful pink sunrise, the Winston Gates diamond pendant in 18K rose gold is a sparkly message of hope and optimism for 2021, with a perfectly-sculpted 10-petalled rosette, embellished with 29 round brilliant diamonds.

One thing that caught my eye from Hermès’ recent Autumn/Winter 2021 Men’s Ready-to-Wear show is this pair of pink sneakers in knit and calfskin. It won’t be available until the second half of the year, but I’m not complaining about a late Valentine’s Day gift.

I haven’t had a holiday since 2019, so I need as much pampering as possible. Slathering my face with Cle De Peau’s Precious Gold Vitality Mask while catching up on Netflix sounds like a dream. Its 24K Gold Infusion, which contains the highest grade of gold, boosts cell renewal and restores elasticity while its gardenia extract leaves skin supple and imparts a glow to it. Lightweight yet rich in texture, the mask is best applied twice a week.
