Salvatore Ferragamo has always impressed the fashion-forward with its take on traditional codes. Bearing testament to this is its Spring/Summer 2016 collection that includes streamlined shoes and billowing yet tactile dresses for women; and for men, an eclectic selection characterised by sharp graphics, inserts and pinstripes. To share its new offerings, the Florentine brand hosted a cocktail party at its Paragon boutique for more than 100 guests, who were taken through the collection by Prestige Editor, Lauren Tan and August Man Fashion Editor, Chia Wei Choong, who revealed many of the inspirations behind the new looks. The first-ever joint event by the two publications also saw guests enjoying bubbly, shopping the collection and making their very own souvenir flipbooks at the on-site photo station.
