This 22nd anniversary luncheon, held at Origin Grill, Shangri-la Hotel, to celebrate Flower Diamond took forever to plan. Belinda Chua and her daughter Sabrina Ho spent countless sleepless nights over the event’s programme as both were busy with travels and charity work. It was all worth it when the dining space was transformed into a scented room, blooming with flowers and candles. Dressed in a Crazy Rich Asians theme, guests came dripping in glittering diamonds.
They feasted on Williams River petite filet, pan-seared fish of the day or artichoke risotto, while sipping on champagne and white wine. The fun-filled afternoon rang with much laughter and definitely yielded a lot of selfies and wefies.
