Dior has once again tapped streetwear legend Shawn Stussy for a collaboration — this time on tableware.
Just when you thought he was done, Stussy is back in the world of fashion. This time, he’s working with Cordelia de Castellane, the creative director of Dior Maison and the brains behind the project. This tableware collection echoes Kim Jones’ Fall 2020 men’s collection, featuring similar motifs and designs created by Stussy himself.
This change of identity for Dior has been breathtaking thus far; Stussy breaks barriers with Dior’s logo, turning it into a graffiti tag with graphic prints, tying back to his days when starting up his own eponymous surfing and streetwear brand.
From the runway to the countertop, this collection of plates and mugs pays tribute to the artistic dialogue that Christian Dior holds dear.
The entire collection consists of a decorative plate, dinner plate, dessert plate, and two different variations of a mug.
While it isn’t available in Singapore currently, it is available online at the Dior UK store.
