Longchamp is taking us on a style adventure this season as its Fall/Winter 2019 collection embodies the spirit of self-discovery and the urban voyage. Creative director Sophie Delafontaine expounds on the idea of travel through her free-spirited yet polished designs characterised by effortlessly chic printed dresses, sculptural coats and edgy boilersuits.

Delafontaine created a stylish combination of contrasts inspired by two major cities — Paris and New York — by mixing the ultra-urban forms and prints representative of New York’s energetic vibe along with lush textures and fabrications that exude Paris’ sophisticated charm.
Fronting Longchamp’s Fall/Winter 2019 campaign is none other than American supermodel, Kendall Jenner, who epitomises the jetsetter persona. The campaign shots were launched in mid-August, where she was featured wearing the brand’s key looks. Clasped daintily in her hand is Longchamp’s latest “It” bag, aptly titled ‘La Voyageuse’ — a design that takes inspiration from classy vintage vanity cases. Its subtle references make an understated fashion statement and it is a versatile addition to your escapades.

For short travel trips, there’s the La Vogeuse top handle bag, which comes in an array of timeless hues and a variety of textures. It also has an ample-sized compartment that could fit all your necessities, wallet and mobile phone.

If you’re heading for long haul travel, there’s the La Voyageuse tote bag crafted in buttery soft calf leather. Its spacious structured compartment allows room for a mini-sized laptop, your favourite book, trusty travel size beauty kit and some in-flight basic necessities. Additionally, the La Voyageuse tote bag will complete your stylish ensemble by adding a pop of sophistication with tones like burnt red, camel brown and khaki.
Take your cue from Longchamp’s Fall/Winter 2019 collection and arrive at your next adventure in style.
