Tonight, fashion’s current favourite city will be in the spotlight once more with the staging of Dior‘s Cruise 2020 collection runway show. At 3am Singapore time, the Maison will present its runway presentation in Marrakech, one of the world’s oldest capitals for craftsmanship.
In a teaser video, Moroccan-French novelist and poet, Tahar Ben Jelloun’s take on culture and its effect on people are given emphasis, as flashes of fabric weaving, and hand painting from Marrakech’s local ateliers are revealed.
